Return and Exchange Application Form

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless we have made a mistake on our part by sending you the wrong style, color, size, mismatch in pair, or defective pair. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label if the mistake is made by us. Let us know by either calling us at 909-979-2012 or email us at info@veganoutfitter.com.

Once the item is received, the Veganoutfitter Crew will inspect the returned merchandise and authorize the refund if the returned item is approved. Please allow up 2 billing cycles the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Shoes don't fit? As long as products are not worn and are in intact, we will exchange your shoes for free.

Defects

All defective pairs have a 30 day warranty. Please inform us within 30 days after received date so we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label. veganoutfitter shall have no obligation to replace a defective product until the customer returns the defective product to veganoutfitter according to the Warranty.


Shipping/Handling

All packages are delivered by Fed-Ex Ground or United States Postal and must be signed for upon delivery. Upon receiving your package, immediately inspect for any transportation damage, shipping problems or incorrect pairs.

Note:

All refund & exchange are subject to approval based on the following conditions

Shoes are worn, damaged, not in intact the condition as originally shipped, without original shoes box( the shoe box that hold the shoe) , exceed the refund time frame, would not be granted for refund. We recommend return both boxes (shoe box and shipping box) to us

Customers might not receive a full refund due the conditions of the returns. Shoes will be automatically return back to the customers plus processing fees. Or in house credit will only be granted.

We suggest that you call to the office to obtain the status.

Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to be appeared on your credit card/ bank statement as online merchant takes 4-7 business days to process on top of the shipping time and in house inspection & processing.
