[Q ] Do you dropship and exactly how does it work?
[A.] Yes, we dropship to every country in the world.
Dropship is the process in which the owner of a business has merchandise sent directly from the Wholesaler to the owner's customer. For example, Angela in New York has a customer Nancy in California that ordered a Vegan Shoes from Angela. Angela gets paid first, then pays Veganoutfitter for the shoes, and then veganoutfitter Drop Ships the shoes to Nancy with our warehouse return address (Address only, do not show our company name and information) on the box - no mention of Veganoutfitter name anywhere on or in the box.Dropshipping has become much more common in recent years, and many on-line retailers especially use this service because there is no need to warehouse merchandise.

[Q] How Do I Get Started in my own Dropship business?
[A.] One way is to put the merchandise that you want to sell on online auctions, your current E-Commerce website. We provide the ecommerce flatform, you can email to info@veganoutfitter.com
Once you receive notification of a sale, you simply collect your customer's funds for the retail price of that sale, being sure to have included all shipping and handling fees. You may choose to accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards, PayPal (highly recommended to process credit card orders). It's your business!

[Q] How do I place a Dropship order on www.veganoutfitter.com?
[A.] The first thing to do is register (if you haven't already) by clicking on the 'My Account' button at the top of any page. When the screen refreshes, click on the 'Register' button
Now enter all of your information, as you want it to appear on the return address. This information will only have to be entered once because it will be saved. An e-mail message will be sent to you confirming registration. Now make up and enter a Username and make up a password. Later, the account can be recalled by you by entering your Username and password in the 'My Account' screen. Now, click on a category and look for what item you want to purchase, and click the 'Add to Cart' button. The item will now be added to your shopping cart.In shopping cart page, you will see" Discount Codes" section, input the code in "Enter your coupon code if you have one."Please contact us through "Contact us" or dropship application form so we will send you a unique code for wholesale price.Once you input the code, and click the "Apply coupon",you will see the discount of shopping cart.When you're finished adding merchandise, enter your Username and Password in the box at the bottom of the shopping cart and click on 'Continue to Checkout.' Select a shipping option, we provide freeshipping for most items. Now click on the box that says 'Billing Address' (below 'Your merchandise will be shipped to:) . Select 'Create New Ship-To Address. A Pop-Up window will open. Now enter the address of your Drop Ship customer as you want it to appear on the shipping label, click on the 'Save' button. Make sure that the Drop Ship address is exact, as we have no way to verify the information.Now click on the 'Click Here to Complete Your Order' button at the bottom. If PayPal was selected as the method of payment, a Pop-Up window to PayPal with the amount and address information will open.The Status of the order and Tracking can be found by clicking on the 'My Account' tab at the top of any page at veganoutfitter.com Most orders are processed within 8 - 24 business hours after payment is received and notification of shipping details will be e-mailed

[Q] Will my Dropship Order have your company information on it?
[A.] No, Dropship orders will have no mention of Veganoutfitter anywhere on or in the box. As far as the customer knows, we don't exist. When they re-order, it will be from you, not us. Dropship orders are shipped without an invoice, although we will put yours in the box if it's faxed or e-mailed to us before shipping.

[Q] Can my Dropship order be sent COD?
[A.] No, all Dropship orders must be prepaid.

[Q] Are there any additional fees?
[A.] Not from veganoutfitter, the price you see at checkout is the price that you pay with veganoutfitter. Any shipping and handling charges are calculated with the shipping. There are no additional fees to Dropship.

[Q] Can I download your pictures and merchandise descriptions and use them in my Dropship website/catalog?
[A.] Yes, we're happy to help our customers build up their business by using our pictures for free. (Hint: right-click on an image and then select "Save Image As..." This will save the picture to "My Pictures") AOL users need to open an Internet Explorer window to save images. Please Note: Pictures with professional models are and remain the copyrighted property of the products' manufacturer and it might be asked that their pictures be removed from unauthorized/your websites.And we can provide the product datafeed by CSV files and full package. [Q] Is there anything in the catalog that can't be Dropshipped?
[A.] No, everything in the on-line catalog may be Dropshipped. There is no limit.

[Q-30-L] Do you do International Dropship Orders?
[A.] Yes, Veganoutfitter will Dropship to almost any country in the world. Most customers now select USPS for speed and trackability. Parcel post options are also available. We cannot be responsible for delivery by postal services.

[Q] Can I order 1 lot of 6 and have the items sent to different addresses?
[A.] No, the computer will not allow an order to be shipped to more than 1 address. Customers may however have the lot delivered to them directly and then sell individual pieces.

[Q] If I place 3 orders for the same item, will I get the quantity discount?
[A.] No, the quantity discount can only be applied if more than 1 of the same item is bought in a single order. There is no way for the computer to apply a discount across multiple orders.

[Q] What happens if my customer wants to make a return?
[A.] Any return for a Dropship order must be made to the retailer (you).We charge 10% of the order for restocking fees for all the exchange or return.
For refund, end user get refund from reseller, reseller get credit from veganoutfitter. We do not offer refund money back.Enduser or reseller will ship back the items to our warehouse at your cost.For Exchange,enduser can ship back the items to our warehouse directly with reseller authorization at reseller or end user own cost. We will ship the good exchanged items at our cost to end user directly.
